Getting Started with MonaVie

Step by step instructions for getting started:

1. Log on to MyMonaVie.com/Giampa and click "Enroll Now"- click here
2. Select your home country from the dropdown menu, Agree to the MonaVie policies/procedure and terms/conditions then click Next
3. Enter personal and contact information then click Next
4. Skip Initial Order, proceed to "About AutoShip" then click Next
5. Ship AutoShip now (checked) and Select 1 or 2 cases of MonaVie Active Formula (Item #8014 or 8018) enter Quantity "1" then click Next
6. Order Recap, then click Proceed to Check Out
